You tube has a lot of informational videos on any topic you could want. It is hard to navigate this resource without getting lost in it! I have class a across a girl who creates short video clips on everything ADHD. She has tips and strategies for understanding what it is, how to identify ADHD in adults, kids (how girls present can be differently than boys), and why meltdowns happen and how to deal with them.
